Banana Bread

2- Eggs, lightly beaten 1/3 - cup Buttermilk 1/2 - cup of Applesauce 1 1/4 - cups of Mashed Ripe Bananas 1 cup of Sugar 2 cups of all purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts It helps to mix in the dry ingredients so the baking soda won’t be lumps. Directions 1.Preheat Oven to 325 degrees F. grease or spray with a non stick spray to coat one 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. 2.In a large bowl, blend together the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce and bananas. 3.Sift together the sugar, flour, baking soda and salt; fold into the banana mixture. Stir in the pecans or Walnuts. 4.Spread Batter into the prepared loaf pan. 5.Bake one hour, or until toothpick tester inserted into the center comes out clean
