First make a thin paste of Wasabi Powder and cold water Dredge (coat) the TUNA Then use Japanese Panko crumbs, to again, coat the TUNA Place TUNA on the Grill for 2 to 3 minutes a side Just Six minutes total on the Grill TUNA will be medium rare Honey Soy Sauce Mix in a bowl A Shot glass each of chopped Red onion Red pepper Green pepper Green onion Fresh grated ginger 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds A 1/4-cup honey A 1/2-cup soy sauce Slice TUNA with a serrated knife Green outside ruby red inside is medium rare Using your knife as a Spatula place TUNA onto plate Finish with Fresh lemon Garnish with Wasabi peas The Honey Soy Dipping Sauce And on the side some Srirachi, Japanese spicy hot sauce
