“Jala-Mango Salsa”

“Jala-Mango Salsa”
from the Sunset Grille and Raw Bar at the Seven Mile Bridge
Makes 4-6 servings
Ingredients
4 cups of mango diced
1 green pepper chopped
2 red peppers chopped
1 red onion chopped
1 jalapeño pepper (remove the seeds for less of a “hot” factor)
2 oz of Japanese pickled ginger
2 tbsp red-hot sauce
1 oz of sweetened lime-juice
2 oz of Japanese pickled ginger juice
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1.Combine all the ingredients and mix. Set aside.
2.Use to garnish your grilled fish.
